If you are injured on the job and in need of immediate medical attention, make sure that the company name you use for workers compensation is correct. No one works for Connect/One as that is our brand name. Each entity has the proper company name and it is as follows:

Warehouses: Bridgeport, Bronx and New Jersey.

Cable Connect, LLC: Charter (formerly Time Warner); brand name is Spectrum.

Warehouses: NYC, Brooklyn, Queens, Hudson Valley and Rochester, NY.

Warehouses: CT, DE, FL, MD, NH, PA and VA as well as RCN Communications in PA.

If you are unclear as to what company you work for, please call 203-463-6167 for the correct information..

This will avoid confusion when submitting a workers comp claim for technicians as having to change it will delay the process as it will not be handled under the correct company.

Technicians are required to notify supervisors as soon as possible. Technicians or supervisors are also required to notify, Bob Cipolla, at the corporate office at 203-738-5447 so that a claim can be submitted. If you fail to do this in a timely manner, the tech could be held responsible for any medical bills for your injury. Please provide your name, your phone number and the warehouse that you are assigned to as well as your supervisor's name.

 

You are also required to complete the Accident/Incident Report (link below) so that we have as much information on the incident. If the police is on scene, you are required to obtain the police report number and add to the AIR. For your convenience, click on the link below to submit the online report.
